Responsibilities:

- Managing and coordinating all local Supply Chain activities; 
- Implementing central Supply Chain Management strategy and target operating model aligned with all local business needs;
- Achieving Supply Chain performance targets in terms of cost, capital and service by managing local operations and initiating projects to ensure target achievement;
- Creating cross-functional alignment to support Supply Chain Management strategy, project program, and overall group impact;
- Ensuring efficient and effective end-to-end planning by collaborating and coordinating with internal (procurement, production, commercial) and external stakeholders (CMO, 3rd party providers etc.);
- Managing external supply from 3rd parties including order planning, order placing and follow-ups;
- Managing all logistics activities in local region; 
- Managing inventory levels in order to both reduce capital while ensuring high service levels;
- Planning human resources related to regional Supply Chain Management activities and ensure that the right capabilities are in place

Required skills:

- Deep expertise in Supply Chain Management, preferably in pharmaceutical / medicine area or similar industries, both in planning activities (including S&OP and demand planning & forecasting) as well as in operational logistics;
- Experience in Supply Chain performance management including understanding
- of typical Supply Chain KPIs, their definitions and their interdependencies in order to actively drive performance;
- Good understanding of Supply Chain planning systems in particular Supply Chain modules in SAP and Power BI;
- Strong management skills, being able to plan, control and prioritize major Supply Chain Management activities;
- Strong leadership skills, being able to lead, motivate and inspire people;
- Excellent business judgment and ability to interact with management;
- Strong communication skills, e.g., communication with top management of other functions;
- Entrepreneurship - ability to identify opportunities & convince others;
- Execution drive - ability to secure decisions internally and externally and drive implementation;
- Very good knowledge of English.
