Software Test Lead

Location: Warszawa

RESPOSIBILITIES:

- Setting quality standards during implementations of the world’s most popular technology software platforms
- Defining test strategies & processes for test plan and several phases of a testing cycle
- Defining quality standards and metrics for the current projects
- Planning and scheduling QA milestones
- Taking care about communication & stakeholders’ awareness of quality metrics
- Managing & leading QA Team/s dedicated to the respective software
- Encouraging the team for continuous improvement

 
REQUIREMENTS:

- More than 5 years experience in different test projects (software)
- Experience with organizing team’s daily workload and reporting it to project management team
- Experience with leading team members and project management tasks
- Experience with planning, tracking and leading different test phases 
- Experience with SQL and Integration Testing
- Experience with JIRA and other defect tracking tools
- Experience with working in different project approaches (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
- Basic experience in Test Automation
- Understanding of CI/CD processes
- Excellent English skill enabling to communicate in teams distributed across the world
- Experience in Financial / Insurance industry - nice to have
- ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certificate or other - nice to have
