SeaChange Polska Sp. o o creates User Experience solutions for mobile devices, decoders and backoffice systems, implemented by pay television operators around the world.
 
Our Warsaw team of engineers is part of an international team dedicated to developing software in line with practices that have been improved for over 20 years.
We speak in many languages: C, C ++, C # / .NET, JavaScript, Objective-C, Swift, Java. We work in small independent teams according to the SCRUM methodology. We do code review, Continuous Integration and DevOps. We take care of high-test coverage, high quality documentation and verified architectural solutions.
 
Every day we work in the centre of Warsaw, in a convenient location close to the metro and other public transports (in the city).
 
Your role would be:

- Managing internal processes: project progress tracking, workflow optimisation;
- Preparing customer project status reports;
- Coordinating appropriate documentation flow and communication;
- Implementing new solutions and improvements developed in the sales area;
- Participating in various company projects;
- Providing administration support (e.g. organizing travels, scheduling meeting, etc.).

If you are:

- Are interested to work in a dynamic international company with great opportunities to develop;
- Min 1 year experience on similar position;
- B.A. or higher in project management or similar;
- Fluent in English;
- Interest in networking and/or video industry;
- Are an independent problem-solving person;
- Like to talk with people – the communication skills are the key for this position.
