Acting as a Project Office Manager you will:

- Report to the Transformation Director and will work closely with the GPO’s and RPA team to ensure the project management processes and procedures are used
- Work closely with the Transformation Team Leads to update project plans and help identify actions to address issues and risks across the programme of work
- Support GBS through gate reviews and approvals and ensure the necessary documentation is available for each major milestone
- Establish project level risk, issue and change control processes and assist the project manager and project team in their operation
- Identify cross-project dependencies across GBS initiatives and track/monitor these
- Assist with the preparation of workshops (book events, schedule people to attend, materials for use in the workshop)

To be perfect match for this role we expect you to have:

- Master’s degree in business or Finance discipline
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Office Manager
- Portfolio skills and managing multiple initiatives
- Fluency in the use of MS Office and Microsoft Project for planning and resource management
- Ability to work effectively across the organization; building and maintaining positive productive relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including an ability to listen to the needs of the business units, comprehend complex matters and develop practical resolutions
- Experience in facilitating discussions to get agreement on actions, identify conflict in timelines when drawing up plans
- Excellent project planning skills in scheduling activities and resources
- Very good English command
