Managing Consultant - EHS Compliance (She/He)

The EHS Managing Consultant will closely cooperate with other offices of Ramboll in  compliance auditing, serving a.o. the largest worldwide operating clients. She/he will also contribute in BU management and development of the compliance advisory services. The very succesful candidate will develop the EHS compliance department of Ramboll Environ Poland.
Basic responsibilities:

- Close cooperation with other offices of Ramboll Group.
- Management and/or performing EHS compliance audits against Polish and EU regulatory requirements as well as against international standards (IFC, Equator Principles) and recognised industrial best management practices and specific corporate standards.
- Advisory and consulting services in the area of environmental and H&S regulatory requirements.
- Advisory services on implementation of corporate procedures in the visited facilities.
- Working and communicating in an international corporate environment, networking, marketing of services, responding to tenders and requests for proposals, business development and job acquisition.
- Managing of a small professionals team.

Basic qualifications, experience and requirements:

- Practical knowledge of Polish and EU environmental and health & safety regulations, and various industries good practice.
- Excellent practical English skills (spoken and written).
- At least eight years of professional experience.
- Having performed at least 150 (preferred 200+) compliance audits/visits/inspections.
- Willingness for frequent travel (Poland and abroad).
- Self-motivation, independence and self-reliance in organising and executing appointed tasks.
- Willingness to constantly improve one’s qualifications.
- Team spirit and excellent project management skills.

The following additional qualifications or experience will be an asset:

- Lead auditor/assessor experience.
- Experience with M&A Due Diligence (environment, health & safety, hygiene, social).
- Experience with EH&S management systems.
- Experience with ESG or CSR topics.
- Driving license category "B"
