We are currently looking for:

Junior Procurement Specialist

Position goal:
 
Support for the European Vendor Management department to maintain the company purchasing policy through service of the internal Procurement System.
 
Main duties:

Creating RFPs/orders at the internal Procurement System and follow up the approval process
Transmitting approved Purchase Orders and supporting documents to Vendors
Reviewing, updating and maintaining Purchase Orders until they are closed
Invoices veryfication
Supporting Finance Department in resolving reception and Invoice discrepancies
Taking care of the appropriate archiving of all the contracts, both in an electronic and traditional mode
Current update of the suppliers database
Providing day to day procurement support for the internal clients in order to help with internal Procurement System
Finding goods or services at an acceptable price
- Reporting to Procurement Coordinator

Who we are looking for:

- Person with higher education or during the study (preferred directions: Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting)
- Fluent English, both written and oral
- High level of proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, and Power Point)
- Experience at work as a department assistant or relevant procurement experience will be considered as an additional advantage
- Commitment to work
- Attention to details
- Strong organizational skills
