IT Specialist - Server Administrator

Location: Warszawa

Primary tasks:

- System administration and contribution in enhancements of structure, procedures etc. on basis of Client standards
- Exchange 2016 and Exchange On-line administration and contribution in enhancements of the system
- Office 365 system administration (strong focus on Security Portals, Azure AD)
- Active Directory infrastructure administration and contribution in enhancements of the system
- Windows Server 2012-2019 administration, analysis, correction of system problems and performance optimization
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, support and investigate incidents, solve them alone or with a team
- Manage documentation (concepts, operation handbooks, emergency procedures)
- Integration between various IT systems, and support of implementation of new IT solutions
- Backup (Windows backup, Veeam, Commvault)

Professional qualifications:

- Relevant IT-educational background
- Solid knowledge and experience of above mentioned systems supported by relevant IT certification
- Technology stack: Exchange 2013/2016, Windows Server 2012/2019, Hyper-V, VMware, DFS-R, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, PKI, Windows file and print servers, Office 365, PowerShell
- Networking knowledge
- Solution-oriented, flexible, systematic and persistent self-starter, cooperative and communicative at all levels
- Open-minded with respect for other cultures and high standards for own work
- Structured and systematic work approach
- Fluent English spoken and written
- Open for business trips and ready to work out of standard hours if so required on case-by-case basis
