We’re looking for a Home & Distribution Channel Marketing Communication Leader to our office in Warsaw, Poland. The mission of the role is to drive the changes on the dedicated market segment: plan, deploy and measure results in Marketing Communication activities in the country, for H&D (Home & Distribution market segment). The position will report to Global Marketing Head of MEE Cluster.

 What you will do:

- Coordinate and execute Digital Marketing & Communication campaigns in terms of products launches, close cooperation with Product Manager,
- Manage cooperation with digital agency in term of deliver with the proper marketing tool the needed value proposition for the Customers on the dedicated market,
- Support channel managers in the development of loyalty program for electricians, Distributors and DIY channels and devote some time for e-commerce support in term of country or global campaign implementation,
- Build and maintain strong relationships and ongoing communications with Sales and Global Marketing, ensuring they are engaged in marketing programs. Act like a key contact for both sides,
- Track, measure and evaluate marketing program effectiveness/ROI and actual results,
- Manage marcom activities calendar and marketing budget for the dedicated business,
- Develop relationships with local user groups, technology associations and other relevant influencers,

If you have:

- Min. 2 years of experience in marketing and/or communication, in medium large multinational company (B2B or professional B2C), preferable from new technology, energy management, FMCG sector or in digital agency,
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Economics/Communication,
- Master level in written and spoken Polish and fluent level in written and spoken English,
- Digital mindset, ability to define and deploy new digital communication tools and processes, improve customer journey and foster Brand development,
- Focus on customers, strong knowledge of transactional business and channel management & interest in technical products and solution,
- Capacity to manage relationship at C-level. Strong executive presence, capacity to convince, extensive emotional resistance, ability to make decision,
- Become a reliable partner for Business VP and leadership team in the country,
- Demonstrated social skills, able to build relationship with internal business stakeholders and animate strong internal network,
- Project management background,
- The courage to create and implement the growth hacking marketing activities (any idea is good, just we need to prove that it is worth fighting for)
