Customer Service Representative with English and Ukrainian
Location: Warszawa Nr ref.: CEU/10220/A3/AD

What should you expect?

• Handle incoming phone calls from customers regarding technical issues with problem to access to client website• Processing customers’ requests and updating data in the computer systems• Following prescribed processes• Providing customers with all requested and relevant information• Cooperate with IT specialist team to deal with more complex issue

Qualifications to meet:

• Fluent Polish, English & Ukrainian• Enthusiastic, communicative people that are willing to support our customers• Customer service experience (is an asset but is not necessary• Very good interpersonal & communication skills• Strong Customer service Focus• Team player• Able to pick up new tasks quickly• Basic computer skills
