Customer Contact Specialist with German
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa 2020/01/11

Responsibilities: 

- Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments
- Contacting debtors in order to collect payment for overdue invoices, deductions proven as invalid or other debts
- Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity and accounts receivable status
- Taking actions to encourage timely debt payments
- Proactively identifying issues and risks within Cash Collection area

 

Your profile: 

- Very good language skills in German
- Good level of English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong competence in Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel)
