Department: Global Procurement
 
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Establish a business relationship with stakeholders in Procurement, being their key point of contact with matters related to the Centre of Excellence
- Support procurement teams with knowledge of Avon processes and market best practices
- Support and lead the deployment of processes, systems and methodologies within Procurement
- Support and lead various transformation initiatives and task forces (eAuction program, Tail Spend Management, Catalogues)
- Support Procurement leadership through analytics, Cost Modelling, and other KPIs
- Support and lead initiatives related to the tracking of cost indexes and external knowledge bases
- Liaise with Finance on profit plan / budgeting and result forecasting

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

- Minimum 7 years of Procurement, Finance or Supply Chain experience.
- Professional experience in Procurement, Finance and Supply Chain Management.
- Skilled in Procurement process disciplines and KPI management.
- Fluency in English (C1 as a minimum)
