Business Operations Support Specialist

Role Summary
 
Within Operational Excellence we are seeking a Business Operations Support specialist to support cross-functional business activities. As an Operational Excellence Business Coordinator, the majority of your time will be spent on sales, pre-sales and operations integration as well as other special project and strategy initiatives. You will be responsible for reviewing, implementing and improving processes that help the organisation run smoother and more efficiently.

The role is highly interdisciplinary and will require strong collaboration with the group management team, entity leaders and CoE owners. You should be interested in learning the behind-the-scene operations of the company - how things work, why they are the way they are and what we can do to make things better. You should be hungry for knowledge and eager to get things done (and done well). You should be open to change and not afraid of iteration.

What You’ll Do

- Learn about Flint processes end-to-end, assess impact to various Entities and Work Streams and understand scope / limitation
- Act as a point of contact for group pre-sales and operations queries
- Implement processes and procedures that are simple to follow, compliant and fulfils all requirements
- Drive adoption of new processes and standard methodologies
- Monitor and report on non-conformances against processes
- Conduct data analysis to inform decisions and report on metrics
- Communicate changes to affected parties
- Collaborate with other teams and manage different initiatives
- Document new or amended process

You can work from our Warsaw office but remote work is also available if you prefer.

About You
Essential

- About 2 years of experience in a consulting, sales operations or business operations role
- Demonstrable ability to understand business operations
- Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
- Take responsibility for deliverables and objectives
- Able to manage and prioritise tasks and time efficiently
- Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactivity
- Able to work effectively across different international boundaries and cultures
- Mission-driven; passionate, Good sense of self and strong personal presence
- Ability to compile data from various sources, conduct analysis and report on findings to interested parties and stakeholders

Desirable

- Experience within telecommunications sector
- Ability to support and mentor junior staff
- Able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility
